Rates in the table refer to the minimum and maximum prices that we apply for each accommodation. Rates change according to the seasons. Please, feel free to contact us for a quote.

Rates include: (a) Use of water, gas electricity (including air condition where installed), heating, WIFI internet, satellite TV; (b) Change of linens (sheets and towels) for stays of 6 days or more; (c) VAT and tourist tax

Daily rates do not include mandatory management costs and final cleaning that varies from 40 Euro to 100 Euro according to: the accommodation you choose, the number of days of your stay, and the number of people.

Parking space costs from 15 Euro/day to 20 Euro/day according to the season and the car dimension (small-medium size cars are recommended when traveling in the area)
Extra changes of linens (sheets and towels) during the week: 10,00 EUR/person
Extra person: 30 Euro/day

Terms and conditions

Length of stay

All reservations require a minimum 3-night stay. We accept reservations for stays that begin and end on any day of the week. Check-out time is 10.00 and check-in time is 15.00.

Cancellation policy

A full refund of the deposit will only be available when cancellations (via e-mail) are made at least 45 days before the beginning of the planned stay. In all other cases including "no shows", deposits will not be refunded. Unfortunately, we cannot refund guests for any amount in the event of early departure. Guests will be charged the full amount of their reservation. In case guests wish to modify the lenght of their stay after 45 days before the beginning of their stay they will be charged a penalty equal to 1/4 of the due total amount.

Sleeping arrangements

Guests can request that double rooms be prepared with single or double beds. Baby cribs are also available upon request.

Linens washing

Guests are requested not to wash sheets and towels in the washing machine.

Waste

Guests are kindly asked to follow waste recycle rules of the municipalities of Minori and Ravello.
